Position: President and CEO
Tyrone comes to Golden Odyssey after a very succesful tenure with Quinto Mining a company he took with limited resources in a difficult market to a viable iron ore mining project located in the Province of Quebec. In June 2008 Tyrone sold Quinto Mining to Consolidated Thompson for a share value equal to $175 million. He has been involved in the financial markets for over 20 years and attributes his success to relationship building, trust and honesty.

Position: Chairman
Mr. Berns has been the Chairman of the Corporation since its incorporation on April 16, 2004.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce as well as Juris Doctor from Hofstra Law School.
Mr. Berns has been a Partner with the law firm of Berns & Berns since 1981. He has extensive experience with junior mining companies primarily in the areas of corporate structure, finance and securities law. Mr. Berns is an entrepreneur and has formed and built a number of successful companies. He currently serves as an officer and director of several private and public companies.

Position: Director
Scott Gifford, founder and President of Guardsmen Resources a privately owned exploration company, has over 25 years of exploring, acquiring and maintaining precious metals claims in the Province of B.C. Golden Odyssey has optioned both the Deerhorn and Dome South properties from Guardsmen Resources.

Position: Director
Lindsay Gorrill is the President and CEO of Canada Fluorspar a public company developing a fluorspar project in Newfoundland. Lindsay is also the CEO of Jayhawk Energy an oil and gas company with projects in North Dakota and Kansas. An accountant by profession Lindsay has 19 years of experience in the management of resource companies. Lindsay was previously a director and CFO for Quinto Mining Corporation, a publicly listed company acquired in June 2008 by Consolidated Thompson Iron Mines.

Mr. Wayrynen is CEO of TrichoScience Innovations, a Vancouver-based life sciences company that has patented and is developing a revolutionary new hair cell replication technology that has the potential to become the world's first non-surgical, permanent cure for baldness and other forms of hair loss. He has extensive experience in venture capital management and has successfully raised funds for public and private ventures in Canada, the United States and Mexico.

Position: Director
Tony Fogarassy M.Sc. LL.M. is the General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Director of Corporate Projects for the NaiKun Wind Energy Group. Tony graduated as the gold medallist in geological sciences from the University of British Columbia and obtained his law degree at UBC a few years later. Tony has a desirable combination of legal expertise in both natural resources as well as matters related to Aboriginal Law.
